Look What I Bought: Checking Out LOL

Hey guys! First of, lemme say I'm really sorry for being missing for the past weeks. We were at the peak season the entire month of August and we were able to finish, well, yesterday. Annnd my job needed me to either go home at around 10 pm or sleep over at the office. So basically, my August was spent doing either of the two. I'm just absolutely drained. I mean, I love my job but I miss my bed more. :p

But now that thing in my job is over, I'm back. I still suffer from recurring headaches post-sleepless nights but I'm good.:D

I'm more behind on my entries a lot more than what I've imagined but I'll try to do as many entries as I can, probably starting tomorrow since I still have to go through all the pictures.  But for now, lemme just show you what I picked up a while ago from the brand LOL or Lots of Love.

I was actually headed to the counter already and the LOL stall was sort of in my way so I felt the need to go check out their products. :D They actually have a lot of stuff going on, like there were nail polishes, foundations, glosses, and eyeliners but what caught my attention was their glitter eye cream. I've been meaning to get myself a glitter eye cream. I saw one from Jordana but I wasn't able to come back for it. Plus, glitter eye creams can be pretty pricey. And this one I got just cost me 139.00 bucks.

This one is called Starry Night. There was another set too that had pinks and blues so I figured I could use this more often since I wear more browns and golds than I do pinks and blues. :D I gave the tester a try and found the colors gorgeous.

I also got myself one of their pressed powders in Light. This one is also 139.00, which is not so bad given its size. And it leans on yellow. :D

I found the LOL stall at the SM Department Store of SM Fairview. I'm not sure where else they are found but I'll be sure to let you know once I find out. :D

Cheerio!

Look What I Bought: Holika Holika's First Philippine Branch

Hey guys! I know. -_- I owe you guys a ton of entries. It just felt like I've been working for more than 12 hours every day, then just going straight to sleep these past few days. But now that I got to go home early *evil laugh*, I figured I'd start sorting through the stuff I needed to get off the "to-be-posted" bin. ^^

So, about a couple of days ago, my family decided to go to SM Fairview. We used to live so near there but now, it's probably one of the farthest malls from our place. These past few days, when I hear SM Fairview, I think of Holika Holika. I was no stranger to the opening of their very first branch here in the Philippines and I swore I was gonna go check it out. Forgive the Korean fan in me. So right after work, we braved the traffic and went to SM Fairview.

Here's a couple of stuff I picked up, just to give you a sneak of what would probably be put up for reviews on the coming weeks. ^^

I actually had a lot in my cute purple jelly shopping basket but since my wallet was wailing of pain and literal emptiness *haha,* I just ended up buying a filler/moisturizing balm and apple mint tea mask for myself, a facial foam and sweet milk tea mask for my sister, and a feet peeling set for my mom. My mom loves this set. This is her first from Holika Holika. She has tried the one from Tony Moly. I think she finished three boxes of that one. ^^

The cute purple butterfly pen and moisturizer samples are freebies. Too bad they don't have a membership card yet. They don't come in a paper bag but an eco-bag. ^^

P.S. My sister stole a few air kisses from Jung Il Woo's (49 Days, Take Care of The Young Lady, Flower Boy Ramyun Shop) standee.  I just had to say that. ^^ Park Shin Hye (He's/You're Beautiful, You've Fallen for Me/Heartstrings, Flower Boy Next Door) is also an endorser.

BTW, if you're all about purple, you'd love Holika Holika.

I'm definitely coming back for the polishes and the lippies so I hope they'd have a branch much nearer to my place. Anyways. Cheerio!

Look What I Bought: Eazy Fashion Edition

Hi! I'm now on Bloglovin'. I think. If you have the extra time, do check it out and lemme know if I'm actually in Bloglovin' or not. ^^ I'm a complete dunce when it comes to putting on widgets in this blog.

Anyway, you know how sometimes you just want to write your entries and post 'em then all these ads of online shops come popping out screaming "Free Shipping?" Well, a few weeks ago, I succumbed to one of those ads. ^^ But not alone! I have my mom and my sister to share the blame with. ^^

I've been meaning to purchase something from Eazy Fashion for the longest time. I used to browse their website often in college, window-shopping. It was only a few weeks ago when I finally decided to place an order. That's quite a test of my patience and longing for shopping. ^^

We ordered 11 ear caps/dust stoppers (30.00-58.00 Php each; Wholesale price)(7 are my sister's; she gave them away to her friends), 3 card/photo holders with matching coin purses (around 60.00 each), my mom's Samsung hard case (around 300.00) and pink wallet/phone organizer (around 300.00), a neon pink hair scrunchie (around 50.00), hair velcro (2 pcs/35.00)....and a few more items you would no longer see in the picture. ^^

They're not all mine! ^^ *haha* These are "our" orders. The great thing about Eazy Fashion is that ordering was a breeze and they'd answer all your questions promptly and clearly (in my experience, via SMS). Each of their items has two prices indicated: the Retail Price and the Wholesale price. You can get the items at their Wholesale prices (which is cheaper) when you order 6 items (can be assorted). They offer free shipping for purchases   amounting to 1000 Php and above. Shipping fee is not bad too. If I remember correctly, Metro Manila SF is at 45 Php. ^^

We ordered on a Friday, received confirmation, paid thru BDO Deposit the same day, items were shipped on Saturday due to troubles with some items, and we received the items Monday morning. Pretty fast actually.

I was actually very happy that they informed me soon that there were items in my order that were no longer available since I ordered some on sale items. They asked me if I wanted to replace the items or just have the extra payment register as advanced deposit, which is what I chose since I can't pick out any item. If this happens to you, you can use the advanced deposit on your next purchase.

I think most, if not all, of their products are from Korea, given the stuff written at the back of each item. According to my sister, the items were very well-packed. Each had boxes of their own and were grouped accordingly: boxes in a box, she said. ^^

We'd definitely be ordering again. And they do get new stuff every now and then so do check out their site at www.eazyfashion.com . ^^

Here are the pretty dust stoppers! Can you guess which one is mine?

Cheerio!

Look What I Bought #2

Hi. It's a good thing it's a long weekend huh? I'm planning to watch movies til I drop. What about you? =) Anyway, just a quick post here to show you guys what I bought about a couple of hours ago. Reviews on the beauty products to follow (after thorough testing) =)

Pure Beauty Pomegranate Anti-oxidant Essence- 51 Php
(I've been meaning to test out the products of Pure Beauty since it's a drugstore Korean Brand. This was the first thing I bought. FIRST IMPRESSION: Smells great)

E.L.F. Blending Eye Brush - 129.75 Php
(Been on my list for quite a while now. It was either this or the one from Charm, but I decided to try this one first. FIRST IMPRESSION: Sheds like crazy! Lost about 25 strands while I was testing it. Uh-oh)

Solemate Doll Shoes -399 for 2 pairs (Olive and Caramel or is it Brown?)
(My shoes have been giving up on me with all the rain, so these I really need. A pair costs 299 so I think this is a great deal.)

Any good movies you'd like to suggest? I'll only be renting out anyways. =)

Enjoy your very long weekend guys! Cheerio!

Look What I Bought #1

Hi guys. Just a quick post here to show you what I bought last week. It was my very first time to try online shopping, and I must say, maybe I should try not to get too excited 'cause I'll definitely end up spending way too much. Anyway, here's a quick view of the things I got

The Saem Ally's Ajell Mousse BB Cream (245 bucks plus 50 for the sf) and the Tony Moly Party Lover Gel Eyeliner (195 bucks) I got from Ms. Charmaine of Kkochipida (check her Multiply account here and her Facebook account here) I actually got to meet her because of the Tony Moly Gel liner. She just happened to be near our area (Trinoma), so it was a great opportunity. She's very lovely, and she's very nice. The transactions I made were a breeze. The mouse BB got delivered about two days after I made the payment. Plus, her products are very affordable and most products have prices that are way lower than what we have here. So, if you're into Korean cosmetics like me, check her site out. =)

Anyhow, the Ever Bilena Eyebrow pencil (50 pesos) and the fruit nail decorations (29.75) were from Landmark, but my mom paid for them. Funny what "pleading eyes" can do. =)

I decided not to take pictures of the pair of pants and belt that I got from For Me. They were both on super sale. The pants were priced at 998 but I got them for 298 and the belt was at 298 but I got it for 88. I just got lucky. =)

I promise to do reviews on these products as soon as I get the chance. What about you, any hauls? Cheerio!

Check This Out: C.N.A. Philippines + Our New Place

Hi. I wasn't planning on putting up an entry this weekend mainly because we just moved into a new house yesterday, so basically our home is a train-wreck. Our stuff is everywhere. We're dead-tired and our bodies are all worn out from carrying stuff, up and down the house.

But when my sister and I found an excuse to get out of the house for a few hours, we decided to drop by the famous Korean accessories shop, C.N.A. Philippines, which was housed along Malate. We found out about the recently opened shop when Erika of erikajjang posted an entry about her visit there (check out her post HERE) We used to live so far from C.N.A., but now, we're just a train-ride away. =)

After braving a new place and a whole new environment, we have finally reached the Mecca of Korean accessories. (No need to wait for so long to buy Korean-related items in Korean conventions. Haha.) But mind you, we got just a bit lost, fortunately, we were able to find the place. =) All it needed was a little bit of faith, and a whole lot of walking.

Finally! Welcome to C.N.A., which, as I found out, stands for Culture, Nature, and Art

Cool geeky glasses

Of course, the cosmetics called my attention first

The first thing my sister did was grab the socks with the frog design, only to find out they were selling Girl's Generation socks, as well. =) Then, she freaked out.

Falsies anyone?

K-pop albums

Korean facial masks! I promised to come back for these soon

I didn't get the chance to test these out but they looked really fancy. I forgot to take pictures, but there were also a couple of really cute eyeliners beside these cologne bottles

BB Creams! Haha. They also have the compact version, which cost about 700

My sister checking out the bracelets

This clip is so princess-y

Of course, the coveted K-pop idol socks

A couple of cellphone accessories

Lots of clips

Some of the cool bracelets we saw. The one with the peace sign is so adorable

More facial masks...with bee venom. Wonder if they work wonders..

My sister awkwardly posing with the wall of socks

Lip glosses and tints

Fancy nail polishes

 Wall of cute silver earrings

More clips to-die-for

My sister with the ginormous clip

Doesn't this look like a clothes pin?

More and more clips.. =)

The Baviphat-pouches lookalikes

 These sparkly clips are party-worthy

For the fans

Some headbands and a couple of more clips

Make-up brush set. Their cosmetics mostly carry the brand Darkness. They also have a couple of make-up removers with the same brand. I don't know the brand yet though, but I'll definitely check it out, and then I'll start buying things. Haha.

Neck-bling

Their beauty essentials section is loaded with mirrors, eyelash curlers, tweezers, and a couple of cosmetic sponges

The earrings that are too adorable for words

Our "haul": a clip, 2 metal nameplates, 2 pairs of earrings, a very cool oil-blotting paper (I'll do a review soon), and a pair of Taeyeon socks.

Most of these are my sister's, who refused to get out of the store so much that I had to drag her out. We were actually planning to go to C.N.A. on her birthday on August, but we figured we should do a little recon and check out what to buy again next time. Haha. Anyway, C.N.A. is a really cool store. The place felt very refreshing, and all. If you're a big fan of Korean items, like my sister and I, or even if you're simply an accessories-lover, you should go check out the place, but make sure that, unlike us, your wallet is very much prepared. I promise, next time, I'll drop by after payday. =)

We will definitely go back there again, now that we live just a wee bit nearer. Hope you guys had a nice weekend. Cheerio!

UPDATE (03/23/13): C.N.A. recently opened their second store in Morayta near Rex Bookstore. Haven't visited that one yet but I'm sure it's just as cute. =)

UPDATE (05/25/13): C.N.A. will soon be opening a branch around Cubao, MRT Area. ^^
